Completion Date: Aug. 30, 2024 Base Bid: a. Tillman Rivergreenway parking lot: Overlay existing parking lot with 1.5" bituminous asphalt. Mill existing asphalt pavement as needed to make new overlay flush with existing adjacent areas. b. Foster Rivergreenway parking lot: Overlay existing parking lot with 1.5" bituminous asphalt. Mill existing asphalt pavement as needed to make new overlay flush with existing adjacent areas. c. Gren Park Trail: Overlay existing parking lot with 1.5" bituminous asphalt. Note: the Gren playground will be replaced May 6 thru May 20. d. Spy Run Rivergreenway Trail: Overlay existing parking lot with 1.5" bituminous asphalt. Mill existing asphalt pavement as needed to make new overlay flush with existing adjacent areas. e. Psi Ote Trail: Widen existing 5' trail to 8' overall width, then overlay existing trail with 1.5" bituminous asphalt. A broken 5' x 2' long concrete section at the trailhead will be removed and discarded. f. McMillen Playground Trail: Install a new 8' wide asphalt trail to the playground (from the existing trail). Note the McMillen playground will be replaced April 15 thru April 29.
