2024 Public Works Improvements. The Project includes the following approximate quantities of Work: 851 linear feet (LF) of 8 inch (IN) ductile iron water main, twenty one 1 IN water service replacements, 2 fire hydrants, 1,558 LF of PVC sanitary sewer and laterals, 3 sanitary sewer manholes, 381 LF of concrete storm sewer pipe up to 18 IN diameter, 3 storm sewer manholes, 3 storm sewer inlets, 2,500 cubic yards (CY) of common excavation, 5,268 tons (T) of crushed stone base course, 1,900 LF of curb and gutter removal and replacement, 18,926 square feet (SF) of new and replacement concrete sidewalk and driveway, 900 T of asphalt pavement, clearing and grubbing of five trees, 680 SF of modular block retaining wall, two blocks of urban street seed restoration, erosion control, and pavement markings, among other items. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. The Village of Waunakee reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous.
