Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Corsicana, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Sealed for the furnishing of all necessary materials, machinery, equipment, superintendence, labor, etc. for the Demolition of Structures. Questions should be directed to the City Manager at 903-654-4803 or cstandridge@corsicanatx.gov. Bids submitted by email must receive a confirmed receipt to be considered. The City of Corsicana reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the City of Corsicana for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the Bidders qualifications prior to the contract award. Bid shall include complete removal ofthe structure to the foundation. The Contractor will be allowed to collect all salvage value ofthe materials removed. Contractors are required to inspect all structures before submitting a bid. Buildings are available for inspection. Some destructive inspection may be done with approval from the City.
