Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fox Point, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The proposed construction consists of pavement replacement of Bradley Road (approximately 4,080 LF), including clearing and grubbing, removals, grading, base preparation and repairs, culvert removals, storm sewer installation, water main installation, sanitary manhole rehabilitation, new HMA pavement, HMA and PCC driveways, HMA path, ADA ramps, landscaping, and other miscellaneous items of work. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bidder's bond, certified check, bank cashier's check or bank draft payable to the Village of Fox Point for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid as provided in the Bidder Instructions.
