Renovation of a mixed-use development in West Haven, Connecticut. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The City of West Haven (here after referred to as the City) is seeking proposals for the installation of five (5) boilers that are already owned by the City, the creation of a second boiler room, re-piping of all heat pipes, RTUs (Rooftop Units) located at May V. Carrigan Intermediate School, 2 Tetlow Street in West Haven, CT. All questions regarding the request for proposals should be directed by email to Tammy OConnell, Procurement Specialist, City of West Haven, at toconnell@westhaven-ct.gov. The request for information deadline is 2 p.m. Tuesday, February 6, 2024. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, if it deems such to be in the best interest of the City of West Haven.
