Renovation of an educational facility in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Project was awarded to The Ockers Company in the amount of $199,967.80. The Town of Tewksbury ("Town") is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to install new video, audio, and lighting equipment in the TMHS Broadcast Studio. Proposals, in the format described herein, are due to the Telemedia Department's office at Town Hall no later than 2:00 PM, on 02/01/2024. No proposal received after that time will be considered for any reason. All Proposals must be complete and in compliance with the submission requirements outlined in this RFP. All leases are subject to a vote of the Tewksbury Board of Selectmen. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities, and to award the contract as may be in the best interest of the Town. No one other than the Town may alter (manually or electronically) the RFP language or any RFP documents. Unauthorized modifications to the body of the bid, specifications, terms, or conditions, which change the intent of this proposal are prohibited and will disqualify a response. The proposal must be signed by a person authorized to bind the lease. The proposal must be accompanied by a signed certificate of non-collusion and other documents as included in the RFP.
