Site work for an elderly care / assisted living facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Conceptual plans call for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Scope of Project The CITY has identified and reserved approximately fifteen acres (15.00), with approximately ten and one third (10.34) developable acres of land owned by BLM within the boundaries of the CITY. The parcel is located within the City of Las Vegas at the northeast corner of Hickam Avenue and Jordanville Street (APN 137-01-301-012). The CITY intends to nominate, for sale for the purpose of developing an affordable, senior multi-family rental housing project. The CITY, through this application, is soliciting qualified developers to submit a proposal for developing the site. The CITY will use the selected proposal as part of its application to BLM to purchase the parcel. Subject to HUD and BLM approval, including a formal public notice period, BLM will sell the identified parcel to the CITY using the less than Fair Market Value price at $100.00 per acre. The CITY intends to simultaneously convey the land to the selected developer at BLM's discounted price. Background and Requirements CITY's goal is to create a 'community' environment that maximizes the number of residential units that can be constructed on the site while also including complimentary and supportive services and amenities; i.e. community room, clubhouse, business center, Wi-Fi, classroom, demonstration kitchen, handicap access, open space, playground, garden space, pet park, swimming pool, ATM, bus stop and design features that allow residents to age in place Question Cuttoff Date & Time 2/15/2024 08:00:00 PM (ET) 15% participation of "M/W/D/VBEs" - ASPIRATIONAL GOAL
