Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Oakland, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and supervision for the construction of approximately 230 feet of 5-foot-wide ADA compliant sidewalk, two driveway aprons, 2 concrete ADA ramps, and paving and striping along Locust Street. A bid alternative includes additional paving and striping at City Hall parking lot and will be awarded if funds are available. Project related questions shall be received no later than February 19, 2024 at 5:00PM. The project has additional Oregon Department of Transportation insurance requirements. Bidders must be licensed with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board and comply with City of Oakland's Municipal Code. The resulting public works contract is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870). No bid will be considered unless the bid contains a statement that the bidder will comply with the provisions of ORS 279C.840 (Prevailing Wage Rates).
