Colorado Mountain College's Edwards Campus at 150 Miller Ranch Road, Edwards, CO is requesting quotes from qualified firms and/or individuals to construct a storage structure. SPECIFICATIONS: CMC Edwards campus would like to convert a 190 sq ft trash enclosure into an enclosed climate controlled 290 sq ft material storage structure. New build will not move locations. An overview of the project: a. demo existing cinder block trash encloser and surrounding concrete pad. b. install foundation with structural footers to support metal fabricated storage unit. c. install concrete pad to accommodate high traffic areas of structure to foot and vehicle access. d. electrical service necessary to heat/ exhaust unit, illuminate indoor/outdoor space & power outlets. e. (2) entry points to unit. one overhead door and one man door. access control to unit for 3rd party delivery firms. f. replace all demoed asphalt with new. install walkway access ramp. minimal landscape replacement. g. install ballards to protect sections of structure exposed to parking lot right of way and delivery vehicles.
