Service shall include furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials and appurtenances, vehicles, and personnel necessary to provide the services as described in the contract documents. The Town of Timnath is requesting proposals from qualified Contractors with demonstrated professional competence and experience to provide consulting services to develop a comprehensive Parks, Recreation Open Space and Trails (PROST) Master Plan. The Plan will include research, public involvement, and the development of recommendations for all aspects of the Timnath parks and recreation system, building-on previous internal and external studies, data, policies, procedures, processes, and other documentationThe Town of Timnath is requesting proposals from qualified Contractors with demonstrated professional competence and experience to provide consulting services to develop a comprehensive Parks, Recreation Open Space and Trails (PROST) Master Plan. The Plan will include research, public involvement, and the development of recommendations for all aspects of the Timnath parks and recreation system, building-on previous internal and external studies, data, policies, procedures, processes, and other documentation. The Town reserves the right to reject any Proposal if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such Contractor fails to satisfy the Town that such Contractor is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the contract and to complete the work contemplated therein.
