Site work and renovation of a civil project in Salem, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project is located at the intersection of Butler St and Wheel Ave in Salem, NH. The Project includes selective demolition; bypass pumping; replacement of the pumping system, pipes and valves, pump system enclosure and ancillary equipment; installation of a bypass sewer manhole; miscellaneous site improvements; new standby generator; and electrical modifications to the Butler St Pumping Station. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the Total amount of the Bid (Base Bid plus any Bid Alternates). The successful Bidder must also furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds and will be required to execute the Contract Agreement within 10 days following notification of the acceptance of his Bid.
