Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Moorhead, Minnesota. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
In general, Work consists of the following approximate quantities: 1 LS Demo Existing Sanitary Lift Station No. 40 Including Removal of Existing Wet Well, Electrical Controls, Pump, Piping, etc. 2 EA Install New 3 HP Submersible Non-Clog Pumps at Lift Station No. 40 1 LS Install New Exterior Electrical Controls to Operate Duplex Submersible Pump Stations and all new electrical wiring, conduit, etc. 1 LS Install New Precast Concrete Wet Well, Meter Vault, Piping, Valves, Fittings, Mag Meter, etc. 1 LS Temporary Conveyance of Sanitary Sewage 320 LF 4” PVC C900 Forcemain Pipe 70 LF 10” DIP Gravity Sewer Pipe 440 LF 10” PVC Gravity Sewer Pipe 120 LF 12” Water Main 370 SY 6” Concrete Driveway Pavement 750 TON Hot Mix Asphalt Together with fittings, miscellaneous utility improvements, restoration work, and other related appurtenances. All plan holders who order electronic proposals through QuestCDN will receive addenda as they are released; however, it is the Contractor's full responsibility to ensure they have received all addenda prior to the submittal of bids.
