Brief description of the work - Interior/exterior development work - Structural-related work - Repair of the electrical network - Plumbing / heating / ventilation repair - Interior/exterior finishing Work schedule Expected start of work: March 4, 2024 (a) All interior work in both the existing and new section must be completed by July 5, 2024. (b) All work under the contract must be delivered in provisional acceptance no later than August 9, 2024. If the schedule is not met and work remains beyond August 9, 2024, the contractor will be required to take the necessary measures to ensure the safety of the occupants. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
