Landscape and site upgrades on the University of St. Michaels College Campus. TIMELINE: A Request For Proposals has been issued by the owner. The University of St. Michaels College (USMC) is seeking to retain the consulting services of a qualified multi-disciplinary team specializing in campus planning as well as landscape and open space/public realm planning. The primary mandate of this RFP is to prepare the USMC Campus Plan and create an accompanying Landscape Plan. The objectives for this project include: -Ensuring that the campus and landscape plans support the priorities of the St. Mike 180 Strategic Plan. - Incorporating space utilization studies to adapt to ever-changing study and work patterns. - Reviewing retail space allocation and identifying revenue-generating opportunities. - Integrating sustainable design principles and practices to minimize the environmental footprint of the campus. - Identifying and shaping a long-term vision for the USMC campus by engaging the USMC leadership and community.
