Scope of Services The City of Palm Springs is requesting Bids from qualified firms to provide the City with on-call general contractor services for Palm Springs International Airport. The City of Palm Springs requires a properly licensed and qualified firm to provide building repairs and renovation services. Other Details This solicitation and its subsequent contract has the potential to be funded by Federal funds provided by the FAA and other federal agencies and therefore is subject to all applicable federal requirement as outlined in the sample contract. The term of this contract will be for 3 years, with 2 one-year options to renew at the City's sole discretion. The City of Palm Springs reserves the right to waive any informality or technical defect in a Bid and to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any or all Bids and to cancel all or part of this IFB and seek new Bids, as best serves the interests of the City.
