Straub Construction is accepting proposals for the masonry package on the gymnasium addition at Blue Valley West High School. All other trades were bid in December of 2023 and are not out for rebid. All previously issued addenda are available under project files on portal. For Blue Valley West High School Gym Addition Location: 16200 Antioch Road, Overland Park, KS 66085. All requests for interpretations, clarifications and or corrections to the bidding documents must be made in writing by 4:00 PM on Wednesday 12/13/2023. Project specific questions, please contact Henry Falk - hfalk@straubconstruction.com This project is subject to liquidated damages. Liquidated damages will be accrued at $1,500 per calendar day and will be passed down to responsible subcontractors.
