Jackson County, through the Roads and Parks Department located at 200 Antelope Road, White City, OR 97503, is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive Street Lighting Management and Maintenance Services on behalf of the White City Lighting District for a two (2) year period, with an option to extend the contract for up to three (3) additional terms of 1 year each, for a possible term of up to five (5) years. The following is intended to be a full explanation of the County's request and evaluation of competitive sealed proposals. The County reserves the right to reject any proposal not in accordance with the requests and instructions contained herein.
