Renovation of an educational facility in Ripley, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
West Virginia University at Parkersburg is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to renovate their Jackson County Campus for a new Advanced Manufacturing Training Center. Project includes demolition of select interior walls, reconfiguration of electrical distribution including new lighting and equipment power, new walls and ceilings as described in the Project Construction Drawings. The Project does not include Davis-Bacon Wage Requirements. All bidding questions shall be directed to Shelby Wagner of Pickering Associates at swagner@pickeringusa.com. Clarifications requested by the Bidder must be submitted in writing on or before 4:00 pm January 31, 2024 .
