Renovation of a data center facility in Traverse City, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a data center facility.
Project Description: The scope of the work includes but is not limited to: Selective demolition and removal of masonry walls, masonry infill, ceilings, electrical, lighting, mechanical systems, plumbing and an exterior slab and canopy. Three Alternates are included within documents. TCAPS Board Approval: February 12, 2024 Substantial completion: May 24, 2024 Bidders are required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. Type of Contract 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. 2. The Contract form of agreement between the Owner and Contractor shall be: according to AIA document A104-2017. (Standard Abbreviated Form of Agreement Between the Owner and Contractor) The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers, waive irregularities, and to accept the bid that in their opinion is in the best interest of the school district.
