The City operates a Citizens Convenience Station (CCS), where residents bring household waste and recyclable materials that are later transported to approved disposal or processing facilities or collected by third party vendors. There is an employee stationed on site during operational hours. The onsite building for the employee has a toilet and sink that drain to an onsite septic holding tank that has a holding capacity of approximately 675 gallons. The City is seeking bids for a registered and permitted Septic Waste hauler/transporter from the CCS. There is easy access for a Septic Truck to set-up and collect material from the Septic Tank. This bid is for the monthly collection of the CCS Septic tank. The bidder must meet the following requirements: The hauler/transporter must be registered and meet all reporting requirements of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for collecting/hauling of Septic Waste. The hauler must dispose of the material at a TCEQ permitted disposal facility/wastewater treatment plant. The address for the Farmers Branch Citizen's Convenience Center is provided below.
