Reference Number 0000339090 The Department of Water & Water Supply requires just-in-time inventory for water & sewer supplies (as detailed in the bid sheet), during emergency events. In the event of an emergency, or to prevent an emergency from occurring, the Department of Water & Water Supply reserves the right to procure items included on the bid sheet from an alternate source, vendor, or manufacturer if the awarded vendor cannot comply with the just-in-time inventory requirements. All quantities included on the bid sheet are for demonstrative purposes only and does not guarantee nor is it an agreement to purchase listed quantities. However, said quantities reflect historical usage. It is the intention of the Department of Water & Water Supply for the unit prices on the bid sheet to include the total cost to obtain an item.
