The Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified Vendor to provide parts and repair services for various utility plant equipment. All prospective bidders are encouraged to obtain and review plans, specifications, and scope of work for this bid before the pre-bid conference so that they may be prepared to discuss any questions or concerns they have regarding this project. A site visit may follow the pre-bid conference. Liquidated Damages: Damages paid usually in the form of monetary payment, agreed by the parties to a contract which are due and payable as damages by the party who breaches all or part of the contract. May be applied on a daily basis for as long as the breach is in effect. Each Bidder shall examine the solicitation documents and shall judge all matters relating to the adequacy and accuracy of such documents.
