Site work for a civil project in Peoria, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Any person contemplating a bid may request an interpretation of the Specifications or other Construction Document. Any such request, including requests for substitution of specified item(s), shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer a minimum of five (5) business days prior to the start of the Bid Acceptance Period. Requests submitted within five (5) business days of the Bid Acceptance Period will not be reviewed, nor will a response be issued. Any interpretation of the proposed documents will be made only as an addendum duly issued. Furthermore, Addenda will not be issued after the Bid Acceptance Period has begun. A copy of such addendum will be electronically delivered to all prospective bidders The project consists of modification of existing in-ground structures; lining existing 42" & 55" sewers,; construction of a new 66" overflow sewer and associated lining and structures,; construction of above-grade control structures; and installation/integration of controls systems for management of flows in the riverfront interceptor. This project is part of a federal consent decree, therefore the project deadline is firm. Pre-Qualification: Yes Est.
