OHDOT - Bridge Repair Each bidder is required to file with his bid a certified check or cashier's check for an amount equal to five percent (5%) of its bid, but in no event more than fifty thousand dollars, or a bid bond for ten percent (10%) of its bid payable to the "Director of Transportation."
