Renovation of a mixed-use development in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Question Deadline 04/22/2025 at 4:00 PM ET The Buffalo Public School District is looking for a Construction Manager to help facilitate the renovation of Buckham Hall at SUNY Buffalo State University. The renovation will accommodate the Leonardo da Vinci High School, which will move to the new location permanently. Buckham Hall is a four-wing building with a central hub, built in 1964, and is owned and partially occupied by SUNY Buffalo State University. It currently houses various academic departments, pre-collegiate programs, the Child Care Center, a gymnasium, and an auditorium. The RFP aims to transform the designated spaces into a modern and functional high school facility. Buffalo Public Schools is not obligated to accept any of the proposals submitted as a result of this RFP. Buffalo Public Schools has the right to reject any and all proposals. Buffalo Public Schools has the right, at any time prior to the execution of a contract for services, to withdraw the request for proposals, cancel the process and reject any submissions.
