Title: BLDG# PP3 Pool Repairs Contract Completion Date: 180 days after award Estimated Cost Range: Between $100,000 and $250,000 Liquidated Damages: $220 per Calendar Day This scope of work is to be accomplished at building pp3. Pp3 is located on wounded warrior drive, aboard camp Lejeune, north Carolina. Contractor shall refinish the pool shell, therapy pool shell complete pool interior Finish, removing, replace and reinstall per scope of work fixtures, covers, drains, Hand rails trim, hardware, etc. for a complete shell finish, demo approximately 400 Ln. Et. De tile lane marking, expansion joints, remove all existing plaster, and Hydro-pressure wash approximately 3,500 sq. Et. Apply. Re install lane markers and New expansion joints bond coat and quartz plaster to the 3,500 sq., ft. Of pools Shell surface. Government shall drain and refill pools. Only M&R MACC Contractors listed on the General Requirements cover page may submit a proposal for this ROICC Camp Lejeune area of responsibility project. See attached documents for scope of work and any applicable drawings. Requests for Information (RFIs): RFIs must be submitted to kyle.l.vaughan2.civ@us.navy.mil. The cut off for RFIs is January 24, 2024 by 3:00 PM EST in order to process all inquiries by the proposal due date. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
