Renovation of an educational facility in Ticonderoga, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
2023 Capital Project - High School Entry Portico Rehabilitation Bidder must provide Bid Security in the amount and form, per the conditions provided in Section Instructions to Bidders. All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for forty-five (45) days following the receipt of Bids. The Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return Bid Security prior to that date. The Bidders must comply with New York Sate Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rate Schedule and conditions of employment. The School Board of Ticonderoga Central School District reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received, or to reject all Bids without explanation. A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held for this project. Bidders can visit the site during business hours by making advance arrangements with Mr. Gary Olcott, Director of Facilities golcott@ticonderogak12.org (518) 585-7400 x1141. Bids shall not include New York State sales and compensating use taxes on materials and supplies incorporated into the Work, the Owner being exempt therefrom.
