Colonial School District has determined that the subject project is critical to the safe operations of the District and will be subject to all applicable health and safety orders and guidance issued by any governmental agency or entity having jurisdiction, including without limitation the Governor of Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania Department of Health, and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention Work will be bid as the following Prime Contracts: Contract No. 1Mechanical Construction Contract No. 2 Digital versions of the documents may be obtained from the office of Snyder Hoffman Associates Inc. Upon acceptance of bid, the bidder will be required to provide the Certified Check, money order or cashier's good faith check to the District Business office. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit in the form set forth in the Bidding Documents. The right to waive any informality in any Bid, to reject any or all Bids or to award any Contract in the best interest of the Owner is reserved.
