Lincoln Middle School Auditorium A/V Upgrade The Lincoln School Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, in part or in whole, at their sole discretion. The decision of the School Committee shall be final and binding on all bidders without recourse. All awards shall be subject to annual appropriation by the School Department. This project is to replace the projector and screen in the Lincoln Middle School auditorium. The successful bidder will provide and install (1) new projector using OFE (Owner Furnished Equipment) projector mounts. The successful bidder will provide and Install (1) new 326" diagonal projection screen. The successful bidder replace the 5 existing amplifiers in the rack with (5) new Crown amplifiers and reuse OFE speakers in the system. The successful bidder will provide and install (1) new DSP from Biamp to route and control audio with from the touch panel. The successful bidder will provide and install (1) new Extron IN1608 switcher/control processor combination unit and (1) new 10" touch panel for control of whole system. Basic system controls will be on/off, source routing, mic level, program audio level, and mixer/basic mode. The successful bidder will provide and install (1) the new Behringer X32 mixer along with (1) Behringer S32 stage box. These will be connected to the DSP via Dante (2 inputs and 2 outputs to support mixer mode) The successful bidder will provide and install (3) new Panasonic wireless Microphones these will also be entered into the system via Dante. For video sources the successful bidder will provide and install (1) Extron wall plate HDMI input and (1) Barco CX20 unit Assumptions: o Electrical power to projection screen and projector provided o Powered lift available onsite o Networking, routing and addressing available o OFE rack space available o Existing A/V connections and wiring are working and in good condition.
