Renovation of a fire / police facility in Saco, Maine. Working plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
"The owner has identified a qualified list of design builders." The City of Saco is soliciting requests for proposals from qualified vendors to design, develop, install, test, and commission, upgraded sound system equipment in the apparatus bays, mezzanine, and two stair towers at Central Fire Station. Any questions regarding the project specifications should be directed to David Pendleton, Deputy Fire Chief, via email at david.pendleton@sacomaine.org by mail at Saco Central Fire Station, 271 North Street, Saco, Maine 04072, or by calling (207) 282-3244. The attached Response Form must be completed and included with your proposal. Failure to submit a complete package will nullify your proposal. The City of Saco reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or negotiate with a proposer following the public opening without right or recourse by vendors, if it is in the best interest of the City of Saco to do so. The Fire Department reserves the right to negotiate with the selected vendor as to the terms of a contract including, but not limited to, the scope of services. The Fire Department reserves the right to reject all proposals.
