Louis Construction, Inc. in the amount of $11,106,561.50 The work includes, but is not limited to: Provide materials, equipment, and labor necessary, including excavation, installation, backfill, testing, surface restoration, cleanup, and miscellaneous associated work, to complete installation of approximately 8,000 LF of new 36-inch and 3,000 LF of 48-inch water transmission main extending from NW 62nd Avenue & NW Beaver Drive to Merle Hay Road and I-80 in Johston, Iowa. The project includes all corelated work, such as but not exclusive to, site clearing, site grading, removals, utility relocation, connections, paving, restoration, seeding, etc.
