Project work includes: 4 Story, 6 classroom building addition Existing classrooms enlarged to meet State standards Secure, enclosed outdoor courtyard classroom Overall building improvements: new ceilings, lighting, and flooring Reorganization and renovations to administrative offices, nurse room, and student support service space New corridor to connect the 3rd floor and building wings Security upgrades including secure entrance vestibule and security office, door and door hardware replacements, security systems, fire alarm and PA system ADA compliance and improved accessibility New heating, ventilation and air-cooling systems, electrical service upgrade, and improved energy efficiencies As of July 12, 2024, this project is included in the Public Schools of the Tarrytown's 2023 Capital Bond Project. An architect and construction manager has been selected for the project.
