**As of March 15, 2024 project was awarded to Axent Solutions of Lisle, awarded amount is $52,201.06.** Upgrading the audio-visual system within the Grand Hall, classrooms, and general facility of the Four Rivers Environmental Education Center. This contract includes upgrading the audio-visual system components, which consist of the sound system, microphones, media player, projector, control panel, and portable AV carts/monitors used throughout the facility. The current components are original to the building and installed in 2009. The current AV system will be displayed and questions will be answered concerning the big packet. Bids shall be accompanied by the proper bid security. The FOREST PRESERVE DISTRICT OF WILL COUNTY reserves the right to accept any bid, part, parts, or combinations thereof, waive any informalities or irregularities, and reject any or all bids.
