SCOPE OF WORK: To provide all labor, materials, equipment, expertise, and supervision to remove several courses of brick façade on County building-2 and reapply the same brick, resolving moisture intrusion on wall. It appears moisture has penetrated the watermark course, and this joint requires repair to reestablish a waterproof masonry joint. The County reserves the right to reject any and all quotes in whole or in part, to waive any informality and to delete items before making an award. Bidders agree that decisions of the Purchasing Agent are final, and shall hold harmless the County, its departments, directors, employees, and consultants and others involved in solicitation and selection. The submission of a quote indicates acceptance of this condition. COUNTY POINT OF CONTACT/COUNTRACT ADMINISTRATOR: Director of Facilities Management: Wes McIntyre, 804-693-6269 Period of Performance: Work shall be completed in 40 days following Notice to Proceed.
