Reference Number 0000339279 The City of Visalia is requesting bids for landscape maintenance of an area identified as Quadrant G. This contract is for the maintenance of approximately 550,572 sq. ft. (12.503 acres). The initial contract term shall be for a twelve (12) month period and shall, at the City's option and with the consent of the contractor, be extended annually thereafter for four (4) consecutive one-year periods.
