Site work and new construction of a civil project in Conchas Dam, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work will consist of construction of water treatment plant and yard piping, including: 40'x60' pre-engineered metal building, concrete foundation and floor slab, supply and installation of packaged multi-media gravity water treatment plant, booster pumps, HDPE suction tank, FRP platform, interior water piping system, building electrical, lighting, mechanical, HVAC, office and lab, restroom, on-site hypochlorite generator, 4-inch, 6-inch and 12-inch yard piping and valves; miscellaneous appurtenances at Conchas Dam, NM. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid, which will be returned not later than thirty (30) days after the receipt of bids. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the amount bid to assure performance of the Contract, and payment for all labor and materials of the Contract. No Proposals may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipts of Proposals and the MDWCA Big Mesa Mutual Domestic Water Consumers Association reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and waive all technicalities and formalities. To ensure that Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) have the opportunity to compete for procurements funded by EPA financial assistance.
