Reference Number 0000262201 Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for tenders/offers to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide as and when required HVAC control system services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the Montreal Garrison (QC).
