Small Business Reserve Designation : Yes The Project Cost Classification for this solicitation is: Small Procurement Category III, under $200,000 Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this Solicitation This project consists of the removal of the existing type A-2 FAA approved incandescent lighting system and the installation of new type E-2 LED based day-night illuminated lighting system and installation of a tower safety climb cable attached to the existing tower mounted ladder, on the Maryland Public Television (MPT) broadcast tower located at 2123 Dixon Road, Urbana, MD 21701. The deadline for questions has been established as Thursday, February 1, 2024 at 3:00 p.m., to assure that there is enough time to allow the A/E to provide responses and Addendum issuance if necessary. Please submit all questions to the Procurement Officer responsible for your solicitation in (Lakecia.Dingle@maryland.gov & Samantha.Delp@maryland.gov) The work shall be completed within 120 calendar days from the start date of the contract. If the work is not completed within the time period specified, the contractor will be liable for liquated damages of $250.00 per calendar day as specified in the "General Conditions".
