Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Brownwood, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 7,765-square-foot office development; conference / convention center; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Ground Level - interior renovations primarily focused on the Collections Service counter and windows as well as lighting and finish upgrades to the Office, Breakroom, board rooms, restrooms and as specifically indicated in the documents. Second Level no related work unless and except as specifically indicated in the Documents. Site Work - Re-striping a portion of the parking lot including directional arrows around the building. Modifications to the existing monument sign. Proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total of the proposal submitted, payable without recourse to the Brown County Appraisal District as a guarantee that the proposer will enter into a contract and execute required Performance and Payment Bonds within ten (10) days after notice of award of contract. The notice of award of contract shall be given to the successful proposer within forty-five (45) days following the opening of Competitive sealed proposal. Estimated to be at or below $500,000.00.
