The general description of the Scope of Work (SOW) for this project is to provide the district with network electronics at one (1) building. In addition to the forgoing SOW, all Bids must comply with all sections of this RFP and the Products and Services Specifications set forth in sections 8.0.0 through 9.0.0. Provide a written guarantee/warranty covering the installed network electronics against defects in workmanship, components, and performance, and follow-on support after project completion for a period of three (3) years. The selected vendor/contractor shall provide, and present with the sealed Bid, a bid bond or cashier's check in the amount equaling five percent (5%) of the Bid total. The selected vendor/contractor shall provide, and maintain in force, a bond with surety, and on forms approved by the District in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount that the selected vendor/contractor shall promptly and faithfully perform all obligations under the awarded contract. The District's Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all Bids in whole, or in part, and accept any Bid or portion of the Bid that, in their opinion, best serves the interests of the District.
