FWS SE LOUISIANA BOGUA CHITTO NWR AC REPLACEMENT Replace existing 2-ton heat pump system at 37358 Lock #1 Road. This unit is a 1994 Model and uses refrigerant 22 that is being phased out by the government. Recommend replacing this unit with a 14-seer heat pump system that uses refrigerant 410A. Location: Replacement of existing 2-ton heat pump system work will be completed at the Maintenance Building at 37358 Lock #1 Road, Bogua Chitto NWR Lacombe LA, 70445. Period of Performance: The replacement of the existing 2-ton heat pump system shall occur within the estimated period of performance dates of February 5, 2024 - April 30, 2024. Period of Performance: 02/05/2024 to 04/30/2024 ALL QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS MUST BE DIRECTED TO THE CONTRACTING POC ONLY: Lee Ann Riley, lee_riley@fws.gov no later than Tuesday, January 23, 2024, C.O.B.
