Site work for a residential development in Commack, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development.
CR Number: 2105376 OPWDD's Long Island DDSO intends to procure service to remove old fence and install new PVC fence, posts and gate (per the attached scope of work) pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law 163(6) This is a NYS Public Works Project and Prevailing Wages MUST be paid. Any vendor questions not asked during the site visit must be submitted in writing to: Brooklyn.CMM.Bids@opwdd.ny.gov (within two business days of the site visit: January 19, 2024). SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1. All work to meet the AHJ Codes and regulations. 2. Vendor is responsible to mark out all utilities. 3. Replacement to follow existing fence lines and as per drawings. 4. Remove all trees, vegetation, and other obstacles in the way of installation. 5. Remove existing fence, posts and debris. Dispose of offsite. 6. Approximately 270 linear feet 6 feet tall solid PVC fence and one gate with latch. 7. All hardware to be galvanized heavy duty design. 8. All installations are to be according to manufacturer's specifications/recommendations. 9. Equivalent substitutions allowed with prior approval of OPWDD's architect. 10. OPWDD is the AHJ for the site. 11. Sketch and construction documents of site provided. Only work related to the fence installation required for project Work must be completed within 28 days of receiving the purchase order.
