Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Navasota, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and 2,000-unit residential development.
The bond calls for potential 4th and 5th elementary school and a 2nd junior high school. This project is part of the school district’s future bond. A bond election firm timeline has not been established. As of January 26, 2024, it is currently unknown if an architect, construction manager, and general contractor have been contracted with the school district. Further details regarding design and construction timelines have not been released. A Pre-Bond Survey Closes on January 31, 2024. Bond Committee Meeting 3 is scheduled February 1. The Bond Committee Meeting 4 will be held on February 5. The regular board meeting will be in February 12, 2024. If Bond Election has been called. Pre-Election phase beings with deadline to call for a May election.
