Reference Number 0000339161 Location- (Rochester Road to Auburn Road) The project consists of the rehabilitation of Barclay Circle. Work shall include the removal of almost all the existing curb and gutter, removal of the two outside lanes, placement of subgrade underdrain and a 12 inch aggregate base and 6.5 inches of HMA in the two outer lanes. The inner three lanes shall be milled 4 inches deep, full depth repairs shall be made depending on the condition and the HMA paving (4 inches) placed. Driveways will be replaced based on condition and whether they meet sidewalk ADA through the driveway. Some driveway work will be on private property. Full maintenance of traffic will be required. Pavement markings will place three travel lanes back and two one street bike lanes with buffer stripes separating the road from the bike lane. Minor proposed signing is proposed. Restoration of disturbed areas will be performed. Bidders must be pre-qualified as a combination/joint 3,000 Cb/Ea/J with the Michigan Department of Transportation.
