The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, and expertise to perform stream and wetland restoration/maintenance services at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI Thurgood Marshall or Airport), located in Anne Arundel County. These services will be provided on an on-call basis and will be related to maintenance and repair (or adaptive management activities) associated with a previously constructed stream restoration project on Kitten Branch of work. Yes Each Bid (Section P), if in the amount of $100,000 or more, must be accompanied by a Bid Bond (Section L) in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total contract price. If a Bidder fails to submit these documents, the MAA shall deem the bid non-responsive. The Bid/Proposal Affidavit (Section M) shall also be submitted with each bid. A Performance Bond (Section B) in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price shall be required of the successful Bidder.
