The successful contract shall agree to commence work on or within ten (10) working days of the date to be specified in a written "Notice to Proceed from the City of Meridian and to fully complete the project within Ninety (90) regular business days thereafter. SCOPE OF WORK A. The Successful Contractor shall: . be responsible for proper disposal of debris and shall furnish the City of Meridian with documentation to that effect . remove the debris from each of the Forty-One (41) houses and legally dispose of removed material in accordance with the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality Regulations and Requirements . be responsible for removal of plant overgrowth on the entire lot and grade house site to remove any ruts or low spots caused by demolition work . be responsible for repairs and/or replacements, subject to City approval, for any damage to City of Meridian property (ie, streets, curbs, sidewalks, trees, plant material, etc.) be responsible for seeding and fertilizing the cleared lot and covering the seed with straw to prevent erosion. Seed required for this project shall be of sufficient quantity of hulled Bermuda, Kentucky 31 Fescue and 13-13-13 fertilizer to be spread at the rate of: 1/2 lb. 1,000 sq. ft...
