Certified check or bid bond for five percent (5%) of the total bid, made payable to Copiah County and the State of Mississippi must accompany each proposal. BASIS OF AWARD: The award, if made, will be to the lowest qualified bidder on the basis of the quantities listed in the proposal. If requested by the Owner/Engineer, the bidder shall submit five project of similar scope and size for review and evaluation.
