The Agency is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed, and insured entities to provide the following detailed services: 2.1Specific Scope of Work. The project consists of the replacement or repair: (a) Club Boulevard: Remove and replace the existing Moisture Barrier underneath the floors; and remove existing floor finishes and replace with Vinyl Planks.(b) Cornwallis Road: Demolition and disposal: Playground Structure/Equipment, foundation, and any other structure or item related to playground. Landscaping Work: backfilling the foundation holes, leveling the ground, installation of fully grown sod, and maintain the installed sod for a month. The contractor needs to refer to the attached demolition photos for pricing. Installation of New Playground and Equipment; and Replace Damages, Deteriorated, missing Closet Doors.(c) Oxford Manor: Remove and Replace Existing Exterior Walls Vinyl Sidings; Vinyl Window Shutter; Remove and Replace Bathroom Sink/Vanity Cabinet and Faucet; and Remove and Replace Kitchen Countertops, Sink, Faucet, and Plumbing Pipes connection under the sink (see the attached sketches drawing for references). (d) Scattered Sites: Remove existing Interior Floor Finishes and Replace by Vinyl Planks.
