Site work for a water / sewer project in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Lancaster is seeking bids to replace 8,656 linear feet of eight (8) inch asbestos-cement pipe with eight (8) inch DICL pipe by open cut in Manor Township. The work generally consists of isolating and draining the existing distribution main(s), cutting, removing and properly disposing the existing line as shown on the drawings; installing, testing and disinfecting proposed fitting and pipe; and securing into place; reopening the distribution main(s); and restoring the area to full operation along with miscellaneous concrete work.
