City of Livermore (City) is requesting qualified Contractors to submit proposals including a pricing schedule and a summary of qualifications for providing electrical maintenance services according to the City's specifications and all other terms and conditions. The requested services consist of furnishing all labor, materials, supplies and equipment to perform landscape maintenance services in the City, in accordance with the specifications and conditions specified in the Request for Proposal (RFP) #4258 issued by the City. The City of Livermore reserves the right to award or reject proposals in part or in whole and on any basis it deems in the best interest of the City. This RFB will be awarded to the vendor whose response represents the "Best Value" to the City of Livermore. Pursuant to Municipal Code Section 2.68 which can be found on the City of Livermore's website Any questions regarding bidding procedures may be directed to the Acting Purchasing Specialist, Olivia Mahedy at (925) 960-4328. Any questions regarding the scope of the bid must be directed to the City through the online question and answer section CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE CLASSIFICATION: Contractor shall possess a valid C-10 Contractor license at the time contract is awarded and the license must remain valid for the duration of the contract. Failure to possess a valid license shall render the proposal as non-responsive.
